What we do for homeowners
Roof inspections, leak repairs, full replacements, hail damage assessments, insurance claim support, gutters, and the low-slope roofs on additions and patio covers. If it keeps water out of a house, we do it.
We also do a lot of second opinions. If another company has told you that you need a new roof and you are not sure, we will take a look and give you a straight answer.
How we work
Every job starts with someone on the roof taking photos. You see what we see. Then you get a written scope that spells out materials and methods in plain language. Once you approve it, we schedule the work, pull the permit, and show up when we said we would.
During the job we protect the property, keep you informed, and clean up every evening. Afterward we walk the roof with you and stand behind the work.
Built for Broomfield weather
Everything we install is chosen for this climate: impact-rated shingles for hail, high-wind nailing for the downslope gusts, ice and water shield for freeze-thaw, and ventilation for the high-altitude sun. We have watched roofs built for milder places fail here, and we do not build them that way.
Snow is part of the design too. Eave protection, proper gutter attachment, and attic insulation all factor into how a roof survives a heavy March storm.
The neighborhoods we know
Broomfield's housing stock ranges from mid-century homes around the original townsite to the large subdivisions of Anthem, McKay Landing, Broadlands and Wildgrass. Each era has its own roofing patterns: the older homes often carry multiple layers and low-slope additions, while newer homes have complex rooflines with lots of valleys and dormers where hail and wind cause trouble.
Knowing what to expect before we get on the ladder makes for accurate estimates and fewer surprises.
