What to include in your message
The property address and the neighborhood, what you are noticing (a stain on the ceiling, missing shingles, a recent storm), roughly how old the roof is if you know, and any photos you have. If an insurance claim is already open, the claim number and the adjuster's inspection date help us schedule around it.
You do not need to know what is wrong. That is what the inspection is for.
What happens next
We reply to confirm a time for someone to come out. The inspection takes under an hour for most homes, and we will show you photos of anything we find before we leave the driveway. If a repair is needed you will get a written quote. If a replacement is the right call, you will get a scope that explains the materials and the process.
There is no pressure in any of this. A good number of our visits end with us telling the homeowner the roof is fine.
Storm damage and emergencies
If water is coming in right now, say so in your message and we will prioritize the visit. For active leaks we can secure the roof with a properly anchored tarp until the permanent repair can be made. After a major hailstorm we work through requests in order and will give you a realistic timeline rather than an optimistic one.

Commercial inquiries
Property managers and building owners can use the same form. Tell us the building type, the roof system if you know it, and the nature of the problem. We can arrange access with tenants and provide documentation suited to a commercial maintenance file.
For larger commercial replacements we are glad to walk the roof with you and provide a core sample and moisture assessment before quoting.
A note on how we communicate
We prefer to explain things in writing so you have a record. Scope, quote, schedule and warranty all arrive as documents you can read, share with a spouse, or forward to your insurer. If you would rather talk it through, just say so and we will call at a time that suits you.
