Estimates and contracts
A request submitted through this site is a request for an inspection or estimate, not a contract. Any estimate we provide is based on the conditions observed at the time and may change if the roof deck or other hidden elements turn out to be in worse condition than expected. Roofing work begins only after a written contract is signed by both parties.
Our contracts comply with Colorado's residential roofing law, including its provisions on deductibles, cancellation rights and written scope.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties are stated in the written contract for each project and apply to the work described there. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms. Nothing on this website extends or modifies either warranty.
Warranty claims should be made to us in writing so that we can schedule an inspection and address the issue.
Limitations and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
